What you’ll be doing
Reporting in to the Head of Ecommerce, this is a very strategic role and will help informing marketing direction. The Marketing Analyst will work closely with Marketing and Ecommerce teams, identifying ways to improve the customer journey across acquisition, conversions and retention, identifying trends on website user behaviours and digital campaign performance. You will also effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests. Effective response will take multiple forms, including sharing historical knowledge, compilation of data from diverse sources and reaching clarification on prioritization. Some analyses will require advanced analytics reporting to answer deeper business questions.
