We're looking for a head of quantitative insight to join really exciting boutique research agency.

The agency:

A very well established agency, known for being a fun place to work & delivering high quality commercially focussed insight. 30 people strong. Some big clients include L'Oréal, Boots, Asda, Paddy Power, Virgin media. They're method neutral with a very seamless integrates approach, currently their work is about 65% qual, 35% quant, they're looking at getting this to be of a 50/50 split.

They're a really friendly bunch, really nice people, get on with anyone type characters, the culture is pretty apparent soon as you walk into the office. They like to back people with ideas, everyone is encouraged to contribute with new ideas and suggestions.

They're really focussed on insightful, jargon free, presentations, getting to the core business issues. They focus on looking at the wider context and they're positioning is about guiding clients through insight.

Projects span: NPD, customer journey, concept testing, proposition or advertising development, deep dive U&As, segmentation, brand and customer experience tracking or pricing studies, using a host of traditional and newer approaches, such as behavioural economics, eye tracking and galvanic skin response studies.

The role:
The head of quant insight will sit on the management team. You'll be the external face of the agency, for quant, you'll be involved in writing white papers, thought leadership and promoting the agency at conferences. You'll manage a team of 8, be managing and growing key clients as well as remaining hands on with meaty strategic research projects.

Skills:
10years plus research experience.
Team management experience
An excellent client developer and new business developer
Entrepreneurial character, someone with ideas on how to take the quant offer further
Team player, someone who is happy to lead by example and be hands with projects
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong presentation & facilitation skills
An interest in thought leadership and conferences
