- Manage and own all analytics and reporting of social activity across different platforms
- Develop and produce reporting dashboards
- Working closely with the social and strategy teams to identity and break down relevant data
- Shape social media and digital strategies by collaborating with external and internal partners
- Build relationships with research experts
Skills and Experience
- Experience using social listening tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
