Are you looking to gain more responsibility by working directly with senior business leaders?
We're working with one of the World's largest and most successful online insights exchange platform. They connect brands such as Spotify to agencies like Kantar to utilise consumer data. They work across 80 countries worldwide and connect communities to uncover consumer-led insights. Their HQ are based in Stockholm, but they have had a longest established office right here in Central London.
This is a hybrid role, mixing technical skills with onboarding new partners and maintaining these client relationships through answering their queries to explaining the software and how to use it. You'll be responsible for your own accounts and clients, gaining the support from working directly under the Partner Success Director and wider business departments.
They're looking for someone techy - who understands API's for instance (but you don't have to build one!) Knowledge in panels, communities and familiarisation with this type of business and how they serve other businesses. From 2+ years of industry experience!
What's really important, is that you have the ability to utilise this all into business acumen. You want a client facing role and be to put your tech knowledge to action!
