Working for a large UK gaming client across a variety of platforms, from direct and brand response TV & Radio advertising, to campaign branding & digital out-of-home, from online display and mobile, to content marketing and channel identities.
Still small but we pack a considerable punch – competing with agencies many times our size. We do this by keeping efficient and putting an emphasis on client collaboration.

This is a key role operationally for the business and the respective candidate will be comfortable acting as the client’s main point of contact, building key stakeholder relationships, offering excellent service and continually adding value to our clients to help them achieve and exceed their overall objectives.
Day to day accountability for developing and maintaining strong & positive relationships with existing clients and responsibility for the smooth and efficient delivery and performance of all respective client projects
To help support the Commercial Director & CMO to drive the growth of account billings and gross profit from both existing and new clients through new business development and the maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships.
To manage and coordinate the performance of each account to ensure any business carried out runs efficiently and profitably whilst ensuring successful delivery of client projects to the highest standard
Responsible for supporting account revenue growth and driving business growth through billings and gross profit performance across a portfolio of client accounts
Responsible for promoting, developing and extending the business oon a set group of accounts
Identify sales opportunities and support client proposals as and where appropriate.
Own the client briefing stage and ignition meetings with the client to ensure clear understanding of project scope and deliverables whilst ensuring internal readiness
Create, forecast and manage Projected versus Actual fiscal performance of all respective accounts in co-operation with the Head of Client Services/Account Director. Own overall account finances and work alongside Producer who will manage day to day campaign cost/P&L
Report to the Commercial Director on all performance measures; and account strategy and operational business plans as needed (including activity forecasts)
Conceptualise, implement, and execute tailored strategies across key accounts - in accordance and alignment with the overall Business Strategy
Build robust relationships with clients and to advise on matters relating to the clients’ marketing, advertising, and promotion in a credible and professional manner.
Become embedded in the clients’ business, working as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and operating as an extension of their team
Be pivotal in helping our clients exceed their business objectives through use of customer intelligence, multi-channel best practice, expertise and initiative
Own the day to day management of clients marketing and advertising campaigns - be the go-to person for implementation. You will take responsibility for keeping the client on track.
Taking care of the day-to-day client interaction, you’ll be capable of representing our clients. Diplomatic and mature, you’ll build strong relationships internally and with your client counterparts.
Opportunity identification - with sound knowledge of our clients’ businesses’ and operations, you’ll understand the organisational structure, culture and politics of the client’s marketing operations and their product portfolio in a competitive environment and have a broad understanding of the client’s business beyond the agencys portfolio.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Previous commercial experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director equivalent position within a digital agency, creative/content agency or marketing agency
Significant experience (5+ years) in professional client relationship management working on multiple key accounts (agency side)
Excellent commercial acumen including financial and budgetary skills as well as previous experience of income accountability
A proven track record of developing and successfully managing and growing a variety of key client accounts
Ability to identify and develop new commercial opportunities - existing account uplift and net new revenue
Demonstrable ability to deliver against targets and be metric driven.
Comfortable building and managing strategic client relationships across organisations and multiple stakeholders operating at a senior level
Strong relationship and rapport building skills with clients at all levels – demonstrable ability to nurture and grow existing relationships and form new ones
Experience of dealing with cross-functional teams internally and externally to deliver solutions for large, complex client business requirements
Experience in working with client marketing and advertising departments
Excellent communicator and leader - ability to present across all seniority levels of the client’s business
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to succinctly distil and explain complex ideas and concepts. Along with the ability to prepare and present a point of view or assessment of a business situation you’ll be able to clearly describe a position or creative idea and effectively express your opinion.
