Because of this ambition and the introduction of their newest account, one of the biggest wins of the year, they are looking to bring on an expert in Paid Social and PPC advertising to lead their specialist team on this newest account that goes live in November.

They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, has a passion and understanding of optimization, audiences, testing and technology. Your day-to-day will focus on the delivery of your client's business objectives from digital performance activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid search, social and PPC campaigns with an emphasis on performance. You will have a solid foundation in paid search and social campaign strategy and with the desire to take your knowledge and expertise to a new level and work towards becoming a leader in the agency. You will be tasked with managing a team of AM's, Executives and Assistants as well as be the voice and leader of the team when it comes to liaising across the wider Network. Moreover, you will be constantly looking for opportunities to integrate other services to your client's efforts with a focus on Organic Social, SEO and Mobile. This will be an extremely demanding position designed specifically for the client's ambitious plans and you will focus more on Strategic Development while also empowering the team to become future leaders.

To be considered for this role you will have an excellent level of theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in all areas of Biddable channels; Paid Search/Social, SEO and Programmatic.

Key Skills:

  • Brilliant client delivery and management
  • Comfortable working in a team as well as autonomously
  • Be a best in class in paid search and social with a solid technical background
  • Understanding of SEO and Programmatic desirable
  • Proven ability to grow digital investment using data-driven insight with a track-record of success
  • Previous hands on experience in major advertising platforms as a buyer
  • Keep up to date with latest trends and digital channels
  • Comfortable working closely with AM's, Executives and BD's
  • Proactively share insights with the wider agency teams
  • Responsible for accurate and timely adherence to client's finances
