WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Creative Strategy- Use primary and secondary research, cultural and brand understanding to develop creative strategies to inform and guide scalable programs. Collaborate with the sales, creative, and production teams to brainstorm concepts
  • Packaging & Proposal Development
  • Build enticing and persuasive proposal decks for UK clients
  • Manage campaign P&L to ensure all costs are accounted for and packages are well-balanced across content production and distribution
  • Set up partnerships internally with cross functional groups by supporting the execution process of key sold programs
  • Work with clients to ensure satisfaction on execution and performance; simultaneously cultivating a relationship with accounts and client points of contact
  • Analyse post-campaign data to evaluate performance, learn from and optimise for future proposals


Required Experience

  • A creative and strategic mind with a genuine interest in digital advertising, specifically branded content
  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising creating custom campaigns
  • Experience in managing clients (both agency and brand side) with an understanding of how to communicate with clients and manage expectations.
  • Experience across categories - Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Spirits, Travel, Auto, Finance - ideal
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an instinct to contribute, find solutions, and innovate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects against tight deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience with media planning and general marketing/web analytics is a plus
  • Proficiency with Keynote, MS Office and Photoshop
