Community and Customer Advocacy Manager - £35,000-£40,000 - London

THE COMPANY
My award winning fintech client offers a fantastic platform to streamline processes for accountants, small businesses, and sole traders. This is a new position on the growing marketing team, managing Customer communications via their Customer Advocacy Platform. You'll be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver content through the platform, and contribute to the customer engagement strategy.

THE ROLE
Day to day, this new role will involve:
- leading the organisation's strategic campaigns across the Customer Advocacy Platform
- work collaboratively with members of the marketing team across events, content and social media
- driving recruitment to the hub and ensuring customer satisfaction
- producing monthly campaigns and new initiatives, along with consistent reporting
