Four year old start-up making big waves in online banking need a Head of Creative to take them to the next level…

Hot off the press, this rising star in the world of FinTech, already 200 people strong, want to become a world class brand.

They need a leader, a voice, an expert in design, brand and brand communications who will lead their Design, Brand & Marketing studio as Head of Creative.

Full of genuine energy, passion, they are ruffling the feathers of some of the old ‘buzzard’ banks out there. This is mobile only, and all about user experience, user interaction and delivering a product that works better than anything else.

Their current branding is simple, stylish and bold. They need a Head of Creative that will grasp their tone of voice, their visual branding and be able to lead the team to help continue to develop this across the globe.

Key touchpoints will be brand marketing, campaigns, advertising, their app, website and so on, to their super distinctive credit card designs. Also internal studio and office environments and all that goes with that, from interiors, to wayfinding.

You’ll manage a team of 10 people, across digital, UX and graphic designers.
