We are looking for an experienced, talented and driven Digital Project Manager to join our UK agency. This is an exciting new role that’s pivotal to our ongoing success. Reporting into the Creative Services Director, you will work closely with the creative team and the client services teams to ensure that digital projects run in an efficient and effective way. Work undertaken includes web development, front end, backend, mobile, marketing automation and user experience design.

Key responsibilities:

  • Form strong relationships with clients, client services, the creative and digital teams. Regularly communicating with regards to costs, timelines and scope
  • Manage internal and external digital project resource. Schedule, monitor and manage team work to optimise capacity
  • Effectively project manage all stages of digital projects in order to achieve deadlines
  • Work with and support developers – providing the interface between the development team and the client services team
  • Produce, manage and control all project documentation. Manage the change control process and scope creep
  • Regularly report into the Creative Services Director (especially when jobs have run over) so lessons can be learnt by the team and the company as a whole
  • Undertake thorough Quality Assurance testing on projects, to ensure the final delivery meets requirements and scope
  • Understand hosting and data protection requirements in order to work in collaboration with the IT Manager to ensure data security and GDPR compliance for digital projects

Experience & attributes required:

  • Experience in running digital projects within an agency
  • Working knowledge of coding language types, technical systems and platforms, including Content Management Systems and digital project management software
  • An understanding of digital and data security standards
  • Ability to hold challenging conversations to engage others in change and delivery
  • A real knowledge and passion for digital/ integrated marketing and the latest developments both for business and personal interest
  • Personal capacity for growth and development
  • Highly commercial (strong sales drive)
  • Relentless desire for delivering work on budget, on brief and on time
  • Forensic attention to detail and the ability to implement process to maintain quality control across the account/project lifespan
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems and prioritise

Competitive salary plus a great benefits package including; 25 days’ holiday per year, pension and Bupa Healthcare (these will be added to the package following successful completion of the 4-month probation period).
