Reporting into the CMO and VP of Marketing you will be tasked with building out the company's B2B Global Marketing Strategy with a focus on performance channels across SEO, PPC, Paid Social and LinkedIn ads. You will be joining a team of 12 marketing specialists and within the first few months it will be up to you to build out your own specialist team based out of their London HQ. This is without a doubt a leadership position that comes with full autonomy, so you will never have to worry about being micro-managed. This is yours to own, develop and look after. You will be an integral member of the senior team as the company negotiates it way to becoming the next technology Unicorn that everyone wishes they joined. With the company about to enter its largest funding run, brands waxing lyrical about their platform, it's highly likely they will achieve their Unicorn status ahead of their 3-year schedule. Following that, who knows but wouldn't you rather be on the rocket-ship instead of watching it as it bypasses you and your company.
You will need:
- Experience in Paid, Earned & Owned Media.
- An expert in digital marketing & performance marketing.
- Experience of Google AdWords, LinkedIn & Facebook Advertising.
- Demand Generation/Marketing Automation/CRM.
- Experienced in CRM Systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SEO & Content Marketing.
- Ultimate a leader, strategist and experience implementer.
- A tenacious and entrepreneurial attitude in everything you do.
