Email / eCRM Manager
This is a great opportunity for a Email / eCRM Manager to work on many big name brands for an award winning Central London agency.
My client is a well-established, creative digital agency, whose clients are huge brands within the automotive, travel, entertainment and FMCG sectors. They provide strategic solutions from email marketing, website development, app development, virtual reality (VR) to mobile and wearable tech. They are now looking for a new Email /e CRM Manager to join their team.
The role of the Email / eCRM Manager will be to plan and execute all email and CRM marketing campaigns from start to finish, for a variety of clients, ensuring conversion, retention and engagement with their customers. They'll also be responsible for audience building and segmentation. Ideally they'll also have html understanding and be able to code, however this is not a prerequisite.
As such to be the right email / eCRM Manager person you'll have a minimum of 2 years experience, gained in a fast paced eCRM and email role. You'll also be used to implementing campaigns and data management.
In addition you'll possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm when under tight deadlines.
