There is now an amazing opportunity to join this team!! Due to continued success in this area they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager – the Sales manager will provide high-level consultation to university leadership and support universities with their reputation management activities. You will compliment this with selling across digital and print platforms for one of the world’s most influential and respected education media titles.
Consultative selling of the product portfolio will be primarily via face-to-face client meetings as well as telephone calls; actively seeking out revenue generating opportunities within the higher education community. This position will develop incremental revenue from existing key accounts whilst also developing new revenue streams across Europe.
You will have the opportunity to sell holistic solutions designed to help institutions manage their reputations, as well as attract international students. You will have an array of rich media solutions at your disposal, including programmatic, as well as subject-matter experts to deliver high-end consultancy sessions.
Qualities and Skills required:-
You will be comfortable dealing with international as well as domestic clients at senior board level at universities and with business brands. Considerable international travel will be required according to business needs.
As a seasoned self-starter, you will be able to take a client through the whole sales cycle from inception to delivery. With strong negotiation and communication skills, you will be used to selling to the client’s needs while delivering impeccable service that builds strong relationships.
You will be able to devise and create cross-portfolio marketing solutions and have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales revenues across international territories.
Ideally from a B2B advertising display, consultancy or data sales background involving a multi-product consultative sales process within the Higher Education sector.
You will have an enthusiasm and drive for selling, be creative in your approach and have a strong desire to achieve financial targets.
