What do they do exactly - this is the clever part. Through expert strategy and design, they help to develop ‘retail experience masterplans’. It’s a very rounded offer, not just the look and feel of a space, but the whole communication and experience within that space, from staff behaviour models and engagement plans to consumer behaviour and response, looking at the future retail vision, to full implementation of environments across 2d and 3d design, through to graphics, interactive, film, digital comms. There’s a lot going on but it’s brilliant!
What you’ll bring to the table: a no ego attitude happy to roll-up your sleeves and run projects from inception to delivery, self-motivation, ability to work as part of a small team but also the skills needed to manage people.
- Running projects from inception to delivery including creating budgets, schedules and managing the internal teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Being a point of contact for client to discuss issues or concerns and problem solving to help them find a solution
- Financial management of the client - forecasts, budgets and billing schedules
