If you haven’t picked up on it yet this role requires someone who has a genuine passion for the sports industry. Even better if you’ve had experience working on a sports brand within the media sector… However, we know that’s a tall order.
Our client is a global player within the media strategy sector and currently work with a number of well known global brands, helping them take their products and services to market across multiple regions through multiple channels.
This particular opportunity would see you working with a TV streaming service that have plans to take their sports channels and grow their audience subscription services globally whilst focusing on multiple target audiences.
As this particular client is fully immersed within the group, you will have integrated, creative, media, experiential, data and CRM channels at your disposal when creating their global media strategy.
This is a huge opportunity, to take this brand and knock it out of the ball park whilst reaching a huge and very versatile target audience.
To be suitable for this role as Global Strategy Lead you will need to have the obvious global experience in media strategy. Have a strong understanding of the changing role of media in brand development, particularly digital and social media.
On top of this you must have experience working with multi teams, be influential both internally and externally, have outstanding communication and presentation skills and be sensitive to cultural issues in different countries.
In return for your expertise as a Global Media Strategist our client offers a very competitive salary ranging between £80-90k plus a string of benefits.
