Recruiter / Talent Manager
Great opportunity for a Recruiter / Talent Manager to join this rapidly expanding video content agency, based in East London.
My client is a rapidly growing video content agency that produces video for both branded content, for big name brands, as well as developing television / documentary series. They have big plans to double in size and as such are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Manager to join their team.
The role of the Recruiter / Talent Manager is a crucial one, and they'll manage the whole hiring process, as well as the talent management, ensuring the best candidates are hired and the agency continues to grow and push themselves. Being a new role they'll also set recruitment processes and procedures.
As such to be the right Recruiter / Talent Manager, you'll have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience across the creative space and have network of creatives and producers to tap into. You'll also have experience gained from both a recruitment agency and in-house experience. Understanding of the video content space would also be beneficial.
In addition you'll have a strong attention to detail, be a natural problem solver and have the ability to remain calm when under tight deadlines.
