Internal Communications Coordinator, Bedford -

A hugely successful and fast-growing consumer business is searching for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join their busy team near Bedford. With at least 3 years' experience in a communications role and experience in colleague engagement, you will be confident creating compelling comms to ensure this business has an engaged and motivated workforce. With exceptional communication skills and the passion and drive to succeed, this role offers plenty of autonomy and the chance to drive the communications within an established and successful marketing team.

As Internal Communications Coordinator you will report in to the Employee Engagement Manager and collaborate with all departments across the company. Your communications will be used to engage with colleagues across their UK locations. The scope of this role is fluid and developmental but includes crafting communications that engage employees, ensuring they echo branding, tone of voice, and core visions and values. This should be across both online and traditional collateral. This includes a regular newsletter to share exciting news, events and stories across the company. Within all this you need to make sure you comply with all regulatory requirements. Succeeding together is key and you will share best practice across the comms team.

Due to the office location, this role is commutable to those living in Bedford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, St Neots, Huntingdon, Cambourne, St Ives, Peterborough, Sandy, Biggleswade, Wellingborough and Northampton.
