My client, a leading global media agency based in  Central London is seeking a Digital Director for an Immediate start 3 month interim contract which could become permanent.

Job scope

Reporting into the Global Digital Partner, you will be responsible for the client’s digital thinking and lead the strategy and channel planning on key digital focussed brands.

In addition, you will:

  • Forge strong relationships with clients, understanding the key issues facing them
  • Be vocal and collaborative with clients, driving thought pieces on the changing digital landscape and the role of digital within an integrated communication mix
  • Be able to analyse and interpret data to frame insights and audience behaviour to shape media planning and share thinking with local markets
  • Lead the development of media recommendations, plan rationale, presentations and post campaign analysis
  • Maintain a collaborative and strong relationship with all creative agency partners, developing proactive digital income opportunities; delivering to agreed financial/business goals
  • Work with the local markets to raise the level of expertise
  • Ensure work delivered to client is of the highest standard
  • Be responsible for driving client relationships in all things digital

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing team members where you will provide guidance, mentoring and leadership and support with new business pitches

You will possess:

  • -  Global media agency experience
  • -  Entrepreneurial spirit
  • -  Ability to simply frame complex arguments
  • -  Strong knowledge of media landscape
  • -  Ecommerce or Retail experience a plus
  • -  Sensitivity to cultural issues in different countries and a good team player
  • -  Strong management and communication skills
  • -  Ability to inspire and influence in a matrix environment
  • -  Ability to manage large and multiple projects across a range of digital channels
  • -  Experience in delivering digital transformation projects
  • -  Good understanding of Martech landscape
