One of the UK's leading exhibition / brand experience design agencies is on the look out for an experienced Client Services Director to help lead a talented and outgoing team and direct strategy across a portfolio of their client accounts. Based in Buckinghamshire, this agency can boast to working with some of the worlds leading brands on B2B and B2C experiential projects.

The ideal applicant will come from a background in exhibitions or brand experience, having worked on exhibitions of £1M+ . You will be managing some of the agencies high profile accounts so strong client management and communication is absolutely key. You will identify new business opportunity, with a strong acumen for developing and growing accounts and be able to present both internally and externally to the business and clients.

With this position you take responsibility for annual growth of accounts, which with it comes financial targets that need to be delivered. Regular meetings with the MD and senior management team and leadership meetings for your own team. You will nurture supplier relationships and take on recruitment responsibility where needed.

This is a pivotal role for the agency so it is vital you are a team player, conscientious, diligent and well organised.

- 15+ years of experience
- Tradeshow exhibitions / brand experience background
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Ability to nurture talent
- Drive business goals and implement strategy
- Proven new business and account growth experience
