Head of Business Development - Brand Experience Agency - London - up to £70K plus bonus

The Agency

My client is an established brand experience agency, Their expertise spans events, brand engagement, creative design, strategy, film and photography. They work globally and have the capacity to offer end to end management through to a one off service. All the while maintaining their position as a client's key communication & events agency for longer term activation and strategy plans. They are rapidly growing and are now looking to move to the next level by gaining more clients and continue producing exceptional award winning work.


The Role

As the Head of Business Development you'll be responsible for creating strategic new business planning with the Senior Management Team, targeting new business leads, managing and updating the website/ credentials and social media channels, identifying networking opportunities, helping produce entries for awards and feeding into new business pitches.

Responsibilities include:-

* Building and developing a clear new business and marketing strategy plan with the management team
* Help internal teams to develop additional revenue and business through existing clients.
* Identifying new clients
* Managing the lead gen agency relationship
* Help market the agency using social media and nurturing PR contacts
* Manage all new business collateral
* Create a strong pipeline


The Candidate

You will have the desire to build something and have the right attitude to be part of a growing team.

The Head of Business Development is expected to have:
*Done a similar role within or with n a brand experience agency
*Clear understanding of how to approach high-level clients using various communication methods and tools.
*Know how to work with internal creative and project teams to develop content and proposals that will gain attention with both potential new clients and industry channels.
*You will be super organised and attention to detail will be your middle name.
*A positive attitude and be a hands on person.
