We are a fast-growing UK brand with big plans for online growth. Known widely for bringing beautiful furniture and accessories into the home, the brand has a dedicated following and an ever-increasing flow of new customers.

This pivotal role is key to taking the brand into its bright future with a focus on brand awareness, development, personalised communication and putting the customer at the front of all marketing.

Leading the inhouse team, the successful candidate will develop and implement a clear medium to long term marketing strategy while championing and sharing best practice in all digital marketing areas. A hands-on approach is essential in this role and the candidate will be expected to be involved at a practical level in photoshoots, online content, website and of course managing all marketing channels. Rooted in a perfect balance of hard commercial performance, and soft brand communications, this role is a huge opportunity to take the brand forward on the next exciting chapter of its journey.

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:


+ Photoshoot management, from campaign/concept/ideas to getting the product to the shoot, managing shoot schedules, shot lists and outcome planning
+ Take ownership of the marketing calendar, and conceive & nurture ideas/concepts and campaign plans week by week, month by month


+ Develop the email marketing strategy and drive revenue and engagement from our broadcast and automated email campaigns
+ Management of all web content and timely implementation of seasonal launches, campaigns, promotions, product data and categorisation including on-page merchandising for optimal conversion
+ Implement a complete UGC strategy including reviews and guest blogs
+ Identify and plan an SEM strategy to drive sustainable growth across all SEM channels; display (inc. remarketing), PPC, Organic etc
+ Take our affiliate marketing to new levels, building new relationships and identifying opportunities for revenue streams across the publisher database both on and off the affiliate network
+ Continue and increase the velocity of our social growth through both soft and hard activities such as relationships, collaborations and also tactical paid social campaigns


+ Meticulously control all marketing expenses and measurements of ROI across all activities, and own the top and bottom line performance of our our online operation
+ With a head for hard data and the imagination to gain actionable insights from it, the role will require weekly reporting on key trading financials, online metrics, marketing results and also per campaign, per month and annually

About You:

+ At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (email and onsite)
+ Strong understanding of SEM and importantly PPC/Adwords
+ Superior Excel wizardry
+ A natural inquisitiveness and ability to think creatively, with a passion for data
+ Deep understanding and practical experience in GA and Search Console
+ Previous use and management of a website CMS system (such as Magento)
+ Familiar with working on MacOS X or PC and all office products
+ A high attention to detail and commitment to deliver outstanding work to agreed deadlines
+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to present technical solutions and analysis to a broad audience
+ A real can-do attitude with a willingness to just get on with the job and make great things happen

Desirable Skills:

+ Experience on product photoshoots/styling/planning/management
+ Use of Integrated CRM system
+ Traditional Marketing experience (media buying/PR/outdoor advertising)
