The work spans corporate branding and communications and the team works with clients from a wide range of sectors. Work is both strategic and creative; they have a growing strategic function and take pride in crafting innovative client solutions. They run workshops and interviews for branding; they do a select number of high end CSR and sustainability reports. The team is 30 strong and growing.

Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager – The Role

The Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager plays and important role in the client services team. You'll be supporting the CSD and SAMs, occasionally working directly with smaller clients when required to deliver exceptional quality work. You must be reliable, a strong team player, willing to support the client team delivering short-term and long term-projects. The senior account executive/junior account manager must be enthusiastic and driven, always ready to expand their learnings and show a clear understanding of the agency's business offering. Attitude is everything; you'll have the opportunity to learn from some very experienced team members and work on a wide variety of projects. The CSD is particularly engaging and is a superb mentor.

Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager - Role Objectives


  • Work with your peers and direct team to deliver a number of client projects, from brief taking to full implementation
  • Take ownership of certain aspects of each project and communicate with the client on an on-going basis
  • Gradually build and maintain excellent day to day relationships
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner internally and externally whilst representing the business
  • Follow standard account management procedures and attend regular client meetings as a natural extension of the client’s team
  • Show a creative understanding and have the confidence to share your opinions


  • Work effectively with your peers and the senior team, communicating and sharing knowledge on a regular basis
  • Be a confident support to your team, ensuring professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Work effectively with your peers, respecting their opinions and acting on their advice and experience
  • Focus on attention to detail, ensuring all documents and creative has been checked thoroughly
  • Produce documentation in the company style, in a clear, accurate and concise manner
  • Use the financial software and follow financial procedures correctly
  • Create and deliver to accurate budgets and timelines ensuring profitable projects are completed
  • Proactively source insight and knowledge to share with the team about the industry, technologies and events
  • Show strong organisation skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Manage workload efficiently with guidance from your line manager
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Have a clear understanding of the other disciplines within the agency and be happy and able to work well with all of them
  • Be inquisitive, ask questions, continue to learn
