Who You'll Be Working With

One of London's tastiest branding and design agencies are looking to add a senior digital project manager to the team! They've got a list of immediately recognisable brands as clients, a very well established team of project managers, an extremely strong resource / creative services manager to keep the plates spinning, and a strong, collaborative, team ethos. The office is also rather swish.


The Job

You'll be delivering a stack of CMS builds (sitecore and episerve mostly), web builds, bits of branding, and the occasional digital transformation project. There is a very strong team of account managers but you'll still be just the right amount of client facing, with responsibility for pulling together full scopes of work and setting budgets and timelines. In terms of the structure around you, you will be one of a team of twelve (going on fifteen) including a delivery director and three project directors, one of whom you'll be reporting into. In a nutshell, you'll be trusted to take control of your projects from end to end but will have the support of the wider team and a lot of people to learn from.


Who You'll Be

Experience in web / CMS platform build for a start. You need to know how to run this sort of project from end to end, be comfortable with ownership of large budgets and good with clients when needed. Again, we don't need you to be building out an account as the client services team do that, but you will give clients confidence that you can deliver large, complicated projects from end to end. If you have experience working in Agile, or you are a trained and accredited Scrum Master that would also be helpful. Some knowledge and experience of running branding projects (identity, toolkits, architecture) would also be helpful.

That to the side, culture is key with these guys. We need somebody who seizes the initiative, thrives on being busy (and keeping yourself busy should your projects get a little quiet), and most importantly is a grounded people person.
