To help them to continue to drive excellence in commercial delivery, a new Lead MS&P Manager role has been created.

As Lead MS&P Manager you will be accountable for meeting the brand/commercial objectives and the day-to-day delivery of your designated brands customer plans with a view to unlocking further growth by liaising with sales, marketing and category functions to deliver a robust 5P commercial plan. You will be responsible for analysing data to develop profitable channel and customer strategies, with a focus on the commercial pricing and promotional strategy. You will also be responsible for developing the commercialisation plan for innovation, working across a matrix team to ensure innovation is landed in a timely and profitable fashion.

This in an ideal next step for someone with a breath of commercial experience gained in an FMCG setting, ideally with multi-channel experience i.e. Mults, High Street and Discounters. The role will suit someone who is comfortable manipulating data and turning insights into compelling selling stories. An understanding of brand and brand activation will also be a benefit. The ideal candidate will be a high calibre individual with the ability to coach, influence and align multiple stakeholders to deliver the commercial plan.
