A well established exhibition and event design agency based in the Midlands are on the lookout for a motivated and energetic Traffic Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a leading global business that can boast to an impressive client portfolio and offering.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at an agency with a great reputation and company culture.
The role is to ensure the smooth running of the studio on a daily basis, whilst making sure communication is clear at all times. As well as attending operations meetings, the Traffic Manager will be resourcing creatives for all projects and being part of the lead studio team.

Must have

- Studio / Traffic Management Experience
- Ability to multi task
- Organisation, Communication, Process Driven, Presentation

Being the main contact for the studio you'll have to be a supportive individual, happy listening and helping out if there are any problems, and keeping a positive outlook whilst working with the team.

As well as being the communication channel between departments, you'll also help to evolve existing management systems.

Experience in a similar role is essential as candidates will need to have proven understanding of how a creative agency is run, and be able to keep calm in a busy fast paced environment.
