The Audience Planning Team owns the decision making and audience management that determines Oxfam GB's public engagement activity plan so that it can deliver against Oxfam GB’s Public Engagement objectives. They drive and embed new ways to categorise and define audiences to ensure individuals receive a coherent, tailored, and relevant experience of Oxfam GB. It also holds responsibility for the continued coordination of Oxfam GB’s income generation activities in new markets.
What we are looking for
You are a proactive and strategic marketing leader, with strong people management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships - inspiring, consulting and influencing across all levels. You have extensive experience of leading and inspiring a team to interpret insight and data to develop audience-centric marketing strategies which match the needs of audiences with the organisation’s objectives, ideally in both a commercial and charity context. With a strong commercial focus and an analytical approach, you are target driven and focused on using evidence (from whatever source) to drive strong business decisions. You are passionate about providing best-in-class audience experiences, and have an equal passion for telling the impact stories of Oxfam’s work in inspiring ways, and will use these to provide leadership and vision for organisational audience strategies which inspire people to support our goal to beat poverty.
