The Role

  • The Senior Account Director will be responsible for managing and directing the overall CRM business for the client, but with the opportunity to also work through social and events
  • Part of a team that consistently wins awards across a multitude of channels including film, print, digital and social
  • You will provide significant support to the Strategy Lead and Managing Partner in developing the client’s business, this includes knowing how to manage a Client Services team and gain the respect of your colleagues
  • The Senior Account Director must take the initiative to drive forward the strategic and creative directions of the client’s business, ensuring it is always as effective as it is successful
  • Offer a fully integrated solution on how to approach the delivery of business goals whilst producing impactful, effective and profitable campaigns
  • Liaise with all departments throughout the project implementation and know how build and sustain fruitful client relationships
