THE ROLE

  • An Account Manager role working alongside their client services team
  • Working closely with planners, creatives, designers and project managers
  • Managing and maintaining client relationships through effective communications, problem solving and responding in a timely manner to requests
  • The Account Manager will use their knowledge and skills to push their clients and their internal teams in the most productive direction
  • Presenting and pitching work and ideas to clients including supporting with new business opportunities and pitches – these meetings could be offsite and overseas
  • The Account Manager will be involved in overseeing all financial aspects of accounts and working with Head of Client Service and Team Heads to ensure profitability and growth

THE LIKE-MIND

  • An Account Manager with intimate knowledge and experience creating, fostering and growing strong client relationships
  • Strong account handling experience with exposure to working closely with branding/strategy/production teams
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in managing relationships both internally and externally
  • The Account Manager will be a self-starter, confident and keen to take responsibility
  • Eager to develop exercise through research, being proactive and anticipating what will be required
  • Experience in managing budgets and multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of implementing projects within tight timelines
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure in a high-paced environment and being the main point of contact
