A Talent Resourcer will utilise as many mediums as necessary to find the right talent for roles that come in. This will include telephone calls, accessing social media channels such as LinkedIn, various job boards and through referrals.
The role will include reaching out to candidates that could be a good fit, representing the company on all points and reporting and feeding back. You will be required to work with the talent team creating and implementing candidate attraction campaigns and social media ads.
A fun and socialable bunch! They have their own office in a huge building and hold events for clients regularly, love a team breakfast and Friday drinks in the office.
