Strategy Director - Creative Agency - London
Due to growth in the agency, an award-winning creative agency based in Shoreditch is looking to hire an experienced Strategy Director. Led by a well-respected management team, the agency works with some of the world’s biggest brands across FS, FMCG & sport, delivering everything from brand strategy through to CRM, digital advertising, content, social and OOH campaigns.
Reporting into the Head of Planning and with the support of junior team members, you'll lead on a global FS brand, a huge retained account for the agency. You'll play a part in pitching for new business as well as identifying opportunities to grow the account.
You’ll already hold a senior position in a strategy team and either be a Senior Strategist ready for a step-up or a fairly new Strategy Director looking for a new challenge.
You possess strong brand and integrated comms planning experience and have a proven track record in brand planning and integrated channels.
With brand strategy at the core, you're passionate about solving business problems in a creative yet commercial way, You know how to hold the room, inspiring confidence in both internal teams and clients alike. You'll have a solid track record in pitching and thrive under pressure. You enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, going above and beyond to deliver effective and creative campaigns.
- Strong brand planning & TTL experience
- A track record in delivering creative and effective work
- A natural ability to uncover killer insights to influence the best creative idea
- Have courage in your convictions and be able to justify your thinking

- A thought leader, able to demonstrate high-level thinking and represent the planning team at a senior level
