The interesting agency has grown from 20 employees to over 150 in 4 years and is continuing to expand and innovate. Clients of the company include Twitter, Google, WPP and they have an equally impressive HQ in the City. Since starting up in 2009, this company have renewed 98%+ of their client base and have doubled revenues each year, and they are expecting this impressive record to continue.
This is a role in a team who work on mostly ad-hoc research projects, so no two days will be the same. They're looking for someone with a genuine interest in research and a solid research background, to help maintain their high standards in the quality and quantity of all content produced.
They are looking for a Senior Research Analyst, who is hungry to get into a role where they will be the research expert, being able to make key decisions on projects in order to deliver to client expectations. Other responsibilities will include liaising with clients, designing questionnaires and surveys, along with managing external suppliers and fieldwork. With the expectation of further expansion, there is the opportunity for a step up into line management in a short period of time.
2+ years of quantitative research experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Versatility will be key to keep up with a variety of projects
Experience producing client deliverables
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
