We're working with an award winning full service agency who are fanatical about tech, media and entertainment. Through blending deep category knowledge with award-winning research designs and approaches, they have a strong reoccurring client list. Their work spans across NPD, Customer Experience through to brand and comms for the world's leading brands.

Their client's challenges range from tactical ad-hoc projects to ongoing strategic tracking studies. They have in-house expertise covering all areas of research design, implementation, analysis and reporting, with particular strengths in loyalty and brand. They have positioned themselves as being at the forefront of digital research and have been developing and offering new propositions from fast-paced solutions through to more innovative meaty projects.

Alongside technology, they also do a lot of work with Financial Services, Food & Drink, Automotive and Fashion. There's a vast range of business questions to answer and learn from - an ideal opportunity to grow your experience. Because of their client relationships, there will also be a chance to learn and develop your client handling skills. As an Associate Director, you'll play a hand in growing relationships on the accounts. This will involve frequent interaction with stakeholders and a continuous development and execution of research and delivery.

They're very big on promoting from within and encouraging growth. Culture wise, they're all really nice and talented people who are given a lot of responsibility and they don't have micromanagement. They've won and been shortlisted for a few MRS awards as well, and their research is regularly quoted in the media - they're really solid and good at what they do. They have carved out a niche for themselves in terms of being a mid-sized agency known for providing reliable research and now pushing that with their latest movements in digital.
