Senior Account Manager
Exciting opportunity to join a full-service, integrated creative agency and work with some of the most renowned fashion and lifestyle brands in the World.
This agency has an unrivalled reputation for delivering strategically-led and beautifully crafted campaigns and innovative digital experiences for some of the most exciting brands around. They are looking for an established Senior Account Manager to fulfil a key client-services roles and help grow core client relationships.
The successful candidate will have the chance to take responsibility for all client work, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and meet defined objectives. We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of leading large-scale accounts and building outstanding client relationships. Alongside this, you will need to have a really strong understanding of project management methodologies including project scoping, budgeting and resourcing.
This role would suit someone who can quickly become immersed in the client’s business, challenges their client’s thinking in a positive way and be the client lens during creative reviews – ultimately converting ideas in to projects that generate business and drive the client brand forward creatively.
Our ideal candidate:
- Previous Client Services experience in an integrated agency environment, managing 360 campaigns with multiple touch points
- Significant experience managing client accounts in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury sectors
- Commercially astute with the confidence to manage larger budgets and deliverables
- Credible and convincing in presentations and meetings, quickly able to gain the trust and respect of their clients
- Has a flair for identifying opportunities within existing client accounts and becoming a trusted Partner
