Successful agency looking for Senior Account Director to work across multiple locations to lead an important piece of client business - London, Bournemouth and Leicester.
This agency are growing at an impressive speed and are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Account Director to join their exciting growth plans. They are based across multiple offices and also place agency teams at the heart of their clients business. They are looking for candidates who can share their dream and their passion to create and deliver compelling creative solutions to their existing client base and beyond,
You will act as the Agency's main point of contact for one of the agencies largest clients, building great relationships, offering excellent service. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
You will be pivotal in building client relationships and becoming their trusted advisor. You can identify new opportunities and will be involved in developing new business with existing clients and pitching for new business.
You will have experience across all channels including digital and social media and be comfortable developing strategies across all channels and media types. You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit as this agency are looking for someone who isn’t bound by processes and can seize the opportunity to help the agency grow at the same time as progressing their own career. This agency support and mentor their staff and reward excellence. Experience in the property sector is preferred.
