Outstanding full-service creative agency seeks a talented Account Director or Junior Account Director to take control of two exciting pieces of business.
This is a truly rare opportunity. These accounts are fully integrated and include TV campaign origination, but you DON’T need TV campaign experience. You can learn as you earn.
Senior Account Managers looking to step up to Account Director will also be considered.

The Account Director role
You will work on integrated campaigns across two of the agency’s biggest beauty related accounts. A track record in TV, digital, print and social experience is ideal, but TV campaign experience is not essential. You can learn in the role.
You will work directly into a Business Director, owning the client relationship. You will work closely with the agency’s Digital and Production teams to manage the day-to-day account requirements in addition to expanding the agency’s remit across its ever-increasing product portfolio.

Your first client is one of the world’s leading consumer electrics brands. This is a long-standing strategic and creative partnership on a UK, pan-European and global level. It is continuously involved in the planning and delivery of world-class creative communications for the brand, across their entire portfolio of consumer electronics products including audio visual, imaging, white goods, and beauty.
The work gets rolled out across the full spectrum of disciplines from TV to digital, retail to social and across multiple markets.
The other client is a new win and the agency works across their portfolio of products delivering content for the brand’s digital and social channels.
Skills and experience
You must have 5+ years’ experience within a leading agency or a combination of agency with some client-side experience. In addition:
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Good communicator and relationship builder
- Skilful financial management
- Impressive new business track record
- Positive can-do approach and a good sense of humour
Salary and benefits
Up to £45k depending on experience plus
- 25 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays) rising to 28 after 5 years’ service.
