Sales Director - Creative/Content Agency - London

£negotiable dependent on experience

Are you skilled in; Brand Strategy + Development, Trends + Insights, Content Creation + Distribution, Influencers + Partnerships, and Experiential? Look no further, this is an incredible opportunity to lead the business development function of a growing an innovative creative agency, based in the heart of London's west end.

You will be a new business specialist, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and be instrumental in winning new business from a wide remit of leading Brands spread across Fashion, Retail and FMCG verticals.

As the Sales Director you should be comfortable carrying a revenue target in excess of £1M per annum and be experienced in selling into CMOs, Brand Directors and Heads of Department. You will have a detailed understanding of selling a wide range of services, with a good understanding around content, native and social advertising and a strong book of advertiser contacts across Fashion, Retail and FMCG verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Win key clients from a range of tier 1 brands throughout the EMEA
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in market
  • Comfortable negotiating with CMOs, FDs, CEOs and Heads of Procurement
  • Generate c£1M of new business revenue
  • Grow a team around you and act as a brand ambassador at all industry events
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the company offering through proposals and presentations

Requirements

  • Proven experience generating leads and opening new business opportunities
  • Strong experience of selling into the Fashion, Retail and FMCG verticals
  • You will be a self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial start-up
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Deep understanding of Digital Advertising, especially around content and social advertising
  • Happy to roll up sleeves and be involved in the sales cycle from start to close
