Business Development Manager / New Business Manager

The Business Development Manager / New Business Manager will work alongside the senior management team, and you'll focus on new business work to target marketing teams, marketing directors and brand teams. We are ideally looking for a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who has a real interest in creative agencies, marketing and brands, and ideally you'll be a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who has worked in a marketing, agency or creative business environment. 

The Business Development Manager / New Business Manager will be responsible for targeting marketing directors and marketing departments, selling in this company's services, and also their agency members. The focus will be to catch marketing departments just as they're about to think about pitching their creative work out, and you'll help sell in the correct agencies. It's a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who wants to learn more about agencies, how they operate and work, and brands, and the pitch processes they go through to select creative agencies. 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who is a bit of a self starter, and you'll be someone who can easily fit into this team. You will be a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who has  real passion for the marketing industry, for the agency landscape, and you'll understand how this company's proposition can help solve brands' business challenges. 

Ideally you'll be a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager with at least 3 years experience in targeting senior marketers. We are considering Business Development Manager / New Business Manager candidates who have experience within marketing, PR, or the digital industry. 

You will be a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who can manage their own KPIs, and how to reach monthly sales targets. The Business Development Manager / New Business Manager will have experience leading the sales process, from start to finish, and you'll be a Business Development Manager / New Business Manager who can work alongside a marketing and sales team to join up the overall business activity.
