About the Digital Director Role
The new Social Media/Digital Director will report directly to the MD, and will have a progression path to board level. Your focus will be social media, but this agency also offers clients UX, search, web design and app build services, so your remit will also include these channels from a strategic perspective.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Director:
* Strategic and creative lead, owning the agency's digital output
* Inspire and lead an internal digital team of 10
* Use your networking and pitching skills to drive revenue growth through new business
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, advising them on digital strategy
You'll be an experienced social/digital leader, with the ability to inspire clients and internal teams. If you're looking for an autonomous and strategic role where you can make a big impact and quickly progress to board level, this could be perfect for you.
