Executive/Personal Assistant (communications agency)
Enthusiastic, senior executive assistant needed
Our client is a leading independent communications agency, they are looking to hire a talented executive assistant to support two directors.
The requirements are for someone to manage the diary and day to day needs of their directors- working closely with the senior manager. This role will also involve coordinating diaries, arranging meetings, travel, looking after expenses and general PA duties. It will involve pulling together presentations, pitch credentials etc. Good ppt/keynote skills would be beneficial with a good design eye.
In addition, a secondary role will to be the ‘go to person’ for the strategy team helping out on various assignments.
Previous experience of office moves or refurbishment would be advantageous. A second language such as French or Italian would be an advantage.
A ‘can do attitude’
A self starter and can-do attitude is essential as is a willingness to get involved and help out without being asked. Reliability, openness and accountability are important. The agency work quickly and efficiently so this role is important in ensuring that they maintain a close and collaborative relationship with other members of the agency and their clients.
The successful applicant will report directly to the senior directors.
