Account Director - B2B - Buckinghamshire
My client is an integrated B2B agency specialising in IT marketing and they are looking for an Account Director.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Director is responsible for the agencies’s relationship with and for maximising revenue from allocated clients. To achieve this you will build excellent relationships at all levels with your clients. You will have a deep understanding of their business and proactively advise on how to achieve their business goals.
Key to your success will be your ability to be an inspirational leader to your account team, focused on maximising the potential and motivation of each member of that team.
The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring that the agency is delivering excellent service and quality of work. You will lead the strategic planning of major projects, and ensure that your team is developing appropriate tactical activity on time, on budget and on brief. As the Account Director will also strive to ensure that the creative, digital and client services teams are working harmoniously together to achieve these goals, and that your team are rigorously sticking to the agency’s operational processes.
You will proactively maintain the client account plan and hold quarterly reviews with your clients, as well as maintaining regular and accurate revenue forecasts.
You will also review the performance of our clients’ marketing activity and maintain a keen knowledge of industry and marketing trends, using both to lead and advise on our clients’ future marketing plans.
