Social/Digital Account Director opening at independent and award-winning agency in Soho.
To work on a portfolio of food brands, including a very famous confectionary brand for which they have won awards for their work.

Happy to look at Senior Account Manager ready to make the next step up.

This is a fresh thinking, dynamic agency, full of inspiring and talented people and who are regularly recognised for being one of the best agencies to work for in London, with outstanding professional development programme and working conditions. We act like entrepreneurs rather than employees and believe as a result everyone can genuinely make a significant difference to the business.

The Account:
This is one of our most loved and most awarded accounts. And a pillar account of the Agency. On its hero brand for almost 6 years, primarily creating engaging, award-winning social and digital campaigns across their product portfolio. We manage all their social channels: Facebook; Instagram; Twitter; Snap & YouTube and experiment with any emerging platforms.

Recently they became a brand partner for a famous sports platform which, for the duration of the 3-year deal provides additional opportunities for us in a retail activation space.

These are a great client to work with, excited by big ideas and technological innovation.

The Role:
We’re looking for a strong, passionate, proactive Account Director to join the 7-strong Team.

The successful candidate needs to be socially native, with experience of creating campaigns across platforms, particularly Facebook and YouTube. They will be comfortable co-developing and inputting into campaign/platform strategies, and with seamlessly linking these with day-to-day delivery.

They will thrive on creativity, driven by the desire to inspire award winning work on a continuous basis.

They will relish the opportunity to represent us at large cross agency meetings, and feel confident in presenting, discussing and defending our work in such environments.

All candidates should be keen to be part of a close-knit team, and equally happy to deliver projects as shape them. As crisis management is part of our remit, they should also be willing to make themselves available to assist our clients when the need arises.

The AD will report into a Senior Account Director and be closely involved in contributing to the development of SAMs, AMs and AEs.

Skills/characteristics:
?    Social and digital project leadership
?    Strategic thinking
?    Gravitas sufficient to aid senior relationships
?    Strong work ethic - always striving to go that extra mile
?    Passionate and persuasive

Experience in:

?    Contributing to discussions with a well-informed through point of view
?    Being the sole agency representative in cross agency meetings
?    Managing and nurturing more junior team members
?    Developing strong and collaborative relationships across the agency, with Clients and with other agencies
?    Running multiple workstreams
?    Ensuring high quality work is delivered on time, on budget
?    Understanding the latest social developments and changes, resulting in a clear opinion on how social fits into wider consumer experience and touch points
