The Industry Club are on the hunt for an innovative Production Manager, looking for a new challenge, to join a network group with a brilliant international blue-chip client base spanning a range of sectors. They have a variety of service offerings including live event production, exhibitions, project management, logistics, video, medical communications, virtual and digital.

 

The Role:

Working hand in hand with the Studio Manager, the creative studio team (designers, artworkers) and the wider business you will use your extensive print production experience to ensure the seamless execution of all artwork, print and specialist production items to the highest of standards across all live event, experiential, exhibitions.

The successful candidate will have an active interest in innovative print processes and ideally have a network of printers outside of the UK.

Owning all relationships with suppliers, you will continually push the agencies understanding in this area sharing this knowledge internally with the wider agency.

It is also envisaged that the development and subsequent management of the production process throughout the agency will principally sit with this role to ensure all of the creative output follows a rigorous QA procedure that can be relied upon to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.     

The role may also require a degree of scheduling and traffic management from time to time to ensure the continued smooth running of the department.

You:

  • A pro-active, solution based approach to the needs of the agency
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gain trust and adequately support all members of staff
  • Ability to develop and manage a robust QA process across a busy studio
  • Extensive experience of specifying production requirements, gathering quotations and negotiating with print suppliers to ensure the best price and quality
  • Experience of managing high volumes of print material
  • Experience of working with multi-disciplined teams
  • The ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a calm and assured manner
