Global Media Lead - Digital Sports Brand

The core purpose of this role is to run the integrated media activity for a new, cutting edge and highly ambitious digital sports brand.  To create a global operation for media across markets that delivers both strong strategy and execution. 

This is one of our clients most high profile accounts and is a fully integrated piece of business, so this role is key in how our client integrates media with other disciplines; creative, media, experiential, data and CRM, creating one holistic answer for the brand to support their ambitious market rollout plans. 

Reporting into the Global Lead, you will be responsible for a large international team.

Some things we need from you:

  • Must be a senior media leader with global agency experience and comfortable working across traditional and digital media

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be able to take considered decisions in the face of ambiguity

  • Must have proved ability to work on integrated business with evidence of building strong teams and solutions across disciplines

  • A track record of launching and building brands and setting up and running of successful global media teams

  • Strong relationship skills both in an external and internal capacity and across borders

  • Exemplary influencing and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong listening skills and sales track record in an agency environment with clear ability to spot

    opportunities and grow business

  • A keen appetite for understanding a client’s business; their vision, broader business agenda with an ability to understand how media can affect change and drive growth

  • Unparalleled professionalism, maturity, integrity, presentation skills and diplomacy
