We are working for a design and brand consultancy whose work is grounded in good insight and research. They are looking for a Quantitative Director to join them & help lead their quantitative offering, helping ensure their quant research is progressive and ground-breaking.


Working for a design and brand consultancy, rather than a traditional research agency, means that you have the opportunity to work throughout the branding and design process . In turn, you'll have the opportunity to do brand architecture work and positioning on the back of your quant research, allowing more freedom to ask the difficult questions to get to really understand the consumer as it feeds into strategy which is being developed by the same company.


They work across a multitude of sectors from fashion and tech to FMCG and automotive etc, so pretty much every industry so a varied role. You'll also have considerable responsibility for how quant research is conducted within the agency, managing people and helping set the agenda there. They also have numerous offices including China, the US, Canada, France and Singapore, working with global clients on some of their biggest and most strategic problems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Thought leadership
  • Leading clients at every stage of the project cycle
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to new methodologies, managing bespoke projects and giving clients the best solutions
  • Work collaboratively and guide junior team members
