Project Director | Research Design

Away from smaller ad-hoc projects, this team use insights to develop clients and what their brand actually means. This is through harnessing technology, data and understanding and meeting their consumers' needs. The approach is developed through specialists in data science through to marketing across the company, from redefining human culture to shaping and road mapping future innovation. They work with the biggest names in the industry across all sectors, some clients include Diageo, Ford, Whiskas and Dulux.
This role sits in their Research Design team, they focus on quality and research excellence. They advise their clients on what research methodologies to use, what effect each one will create and what outcome will be generated. You will sit with the client and develop bespoke design around them. The role will also include more internal operational aspects, monitoring fieldwork and dashboard development.
As Project Director, you will:
- Support the practice in the design of custom projects
- Reach hard-to-reach audiences in international fieldwork
- Assess and review feasibility and recommend on design
- Have a strong understanding of questionnaire design
