A fantastic, award-winning creative agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This agency create exciting brand and retail concepts for their impressive client list through promotional, shopper and trade marketing, experiential, social media, PR and ATL. As a Senior Account Manager, you will report into the Account Director and be integral in delivering inspiring projects and campaigns for your clients. You will be responsible for offering strong expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency in order to ensure brand strategy and objectives are being met to a high standard and in a timely manner. You will be key in developing strong relationships with clients and diffusing any conflicts or issues which may arise. In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering impressive client presentations, contributing to idea generation, managing and mentoring more junior team members, having a clear understanding of client’s objectives, marketing plans, strategies, etc, writing solid briefs for creative teams and identifying account growth opportunities.

To be right for this role you must be creative, imaginative, commercially minded, passionate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will also be proactive, calm, determined and positive in nature. You should have previous agency experience either working on retail or shopper accounts and able to develop strong, long-lasted relationships with clients.
