Small boutique Media Owner with a portfolio of prestigious poster and digital sites are looking for a team assistant to support their sales team and carry out general office duties  

The role will vary from office admin duties such as diarising meetings to working alongside the sales team to ensure all proposals and presentations are delivered on time and of a high standard

Help & create detailed brief responses in both PowerPoint and Excel format

Checking availability, chasing artwork, campaign scheduling, Information gathering and putting bookings on the system

Assist the sales team in creating ideas and solutions for advertisers 

Construct, deliver and articulate work in a timely and fashion at all times.
