Lead and manage the development of data insight tools and systems Manage a robust programme of reporting using SQL programming Undertake supporter analysis to drive future fundraising campaigns Develop and manage the data strategy including driving the delivery of data programmes including supporter segmentation and reporting Managing the development of strategic modelling, tools and reports Support the development of the supporter journey and engagement strategies Work closely and collaboratively with the wider marcomms, digital and fundraising teamsThis is a great opportunity requiring the post-holder to demonstrate significant experience of working with data within a marketing environment. Previous experience of working within a not for profit or charity environment would be highly advantageous. It is essential that you have the technical skills to deliver too so in addition to advanced MS office skills, you'll also need advanced knowledge of SQP, SPSS and a strong knowledge of GDPR.Previous experience of developing marketing campaign and performance reports is essential along with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
