Our client is a widely admired insight and innovation consultancy. They are renowned for being extremely progressive and innovative; helping to put customers at the heart of companies and solving problems from the customer's perspective. Their customised approaches are tailored to specific business needs and include private online insight communities, immersive storytelling, data and analytics, activation events, innovation projects and business consulting.
This role is a key appointment in their EMEA leadership team. The successful applicant will lead a team of 15+ consultants and will be responsible for delivery, revenue and profit.
The two key attributes we are looking for in this role, are an ability to lead some of their key accounts, developing great client relationships and delivering outstanding work coupled with leading, mentoring, coaching and managing their team. They are of equal importance and will suit someone who is looking for a demanding role that will stretch their ability but ultimately reward a passionate, entrepreneurial and far-sighted individual.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have a strong track record in insight and probably at least one other marketing discipline. We also expect you to have a knack for the online world & social media.
You are likely to be currently working within a progressive insight or innovation boutique, but are now looking for more account management responsibilities. Equally you might be working client side in a marketing or insight role, and now want to get closer to the consumer and work in an entrepreneurial environment where your contributions define your progress.
