One of the UK's leading event/ experiential design and management agencies is on the look out for an experienced Account Director to help lead strategy across a portfolio of their client accounts. Based in North London, this agency can boast to working with some of the worlds leading Tech, Automotive and Pharma brands, organising a variety of events including experiential, festivals, shows, exhibitions and conferences across the country / globe.

The ideal applicant will come from a background in events and a minimum of 4 years experience in an Account Director position. You will be managing some of the agencies high profile accounts so strong client management and communication is absolutely key. You will identify new business opportunity and be able to present both internally and externally.

With this position you take responsibility for annual growth of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, which with it comes financial targets that need to be delivered. Regular meetings with the CSD and senior management team and leadership meetings for your own team. You will nurture supplier relationships and take on recruitment responsibility where needed.
